One of the largest higher education institutions in the nation, Idaho State University was established in 1901.

One of six US colleges, Idaho State offers courses leading to graduate and professional degrees as well as technical certificates.

Students from all over the world come to the doctorate research institution’s main campus in Pocatello as well as its sites in Meridian, Idaho Falls, and Twin Falls.

Since 1966, the University has served as Idaho’s chief provider of medical education and training.

The Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) program is a four-year program that can be finished in Pocatello, Meridian, or Anchorage, Alaska, all through the ISU College of Pharmacy.

PharmD students may finish their fourth year in their clinical locations in Alaska, Nevada, or Reno, or in Boise, Pocatello, or Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

For students interested in obtaining both degrees, Idaho State University’s College of Business and College of Pharmacy together offers a PharmD/MBA program.

With around one summer and one year of additional academic work, PharmD students can graduate with an MBA.
